Wow... and I am scratching my head trying to figure out WHY da Hell they even thought to do this.... forget that it cost money.... what purpose does this serve?

isnt it MOST LIKELY that kids involved in SERIOUS RELATIONSHIPS are a more mature than those HOOK'N UP???
so it would make sense that they would be better in school
