Not a question.... but it fits...
I'm going to try and make a long story short... but I am PISSED!!
My son got a job a couple of weeks ago in the same industry I work in. I made some calls, he interviewed at several places and finally got a job. My boss owns the company I work for and made some calls for him too.. He was about 11 when I started working at her company.
So he gets a job with a competitor in a starting position, 2 weeks later, they promote him to a manager in training position. She asks about him, I tell her and she gets an attitude wondering why they did that... My son has a college degree, minored in real estate (I manage homeowners asociations), worked in my office during the summers he was in high school AND I have been in this business since he was 5 months old (he's 24)... so he is very familiar with it... why wouldn't they see his potential...??
This BYTCH (and it is not a normal part of my vocabulary but I have no other description for her at the moment), tells one of my co-workers yesterday that his promotion is a conflict of interest and that she called his boss and told him to take care of the problem!!
I cannot even see straight right now... wtH????
I don't know if she did it or not, but who da hell does she think she is... I am job hunting right this minute and I don't know how I'm going to NOT explode on her azz until I find one.... *sigh
